For More Resource States, Strategies & Skills
Sometimes it’s important to… GO Inside & UP… to a higher level in your mind to identify what it is that you really do want and require to succeed!
In order to truly “Come from the Heart” with more positive & empowering resources, states, strategies & skills, we need to take time for ourselves to “go inside” & determine what we really do value or desire, want and dream of. And then again sometimes it benefits us to be even more aware of what we’re getting that we don’t want or what we’re not getting that we do want.
Go First, MindFirst! Go Up… Inside and put yourself into a resourceful state of mind and emotion. Maybe even get into the Peace of Mind state, hopeful, excited, cooperative, so that you are more able to be positive… intentionally focused on the positive & be clear about your wants & needs, desires and dreams.
Get yourself into a Resourceful Emotional State & look through the MindSet of Success and Solution Frame of mind. Act “As If “ you are going to get what you want to happen. Identify your most productive & powerful beliefs, emotions & behaviors & then take action towards what it is that you really do want! “Say & Do & View” in your most productive fashion & mode of thinking-feeling-doing only in ways that support you.
When it comes to "relationships" (romantic or otherwise) it is highly important to communicate and make contact in ways that help you to get what you want (being able to be clear and concise) and then you will be able to access more productive solutions towards co-creating reality with your mate (business partner or customer for that matter) utilizing what we call the “Both/AND” frame of mind where both you and those you care about “get what you want”.

Go In - Get Inside It & Get Into It - Move Your Self - You can do that!
Alright- now that we know we can make some meta-moves... let's get to the psyengineering (or my preference HypnoEngineering).
What about linking to and launching our system enabling us to access and elicit and use and apply the skills that we have to come from the inside out with power, grace and elegance and make masterful moves and shifts to intentionally direct the very trance-formational processes that make the difference in who we are and how we live and love, relate and perform?
What are they - for you- for me? Likely very similar indeed. Phenomena that we come to honestly - through knowledge and experience. Really it is up to our abilities - more likely dependent upon what we know and do with what we know and how we put together the "mix" or blend and parlay that into action. What tools of transformation have you at your disposal? And what moves do you make with them to create and generate the solution we call reality?
Right Now just "go inside" and take the time to open up the zone in mind - take a look around and become familiar with your very own design space inside. Notice what is in play in the inner environment - in mind - what it is that you are experiencing and how you are "thinking-feeling-doing" that.
What's on your mind, your map, your psymap and how do you psyengineer your reality?
Put your "knowledge into Action", apply the skills you possess. Explore the very dynamics at work and play in creating your very own consciousness. Expand and experiment with your repertoire and base of tools - keep learning and utilizing what you know. The direct benefits will serve as a bridge to desired state for you.
Remember and never forget - that there's always more to the story and more to your ability to learn isn't there. All part of the fun.

Living Mastery with NLP, Hypnosis & NeuroTechnics(tm)
Living Mastery
IMO ONE of the keys to mastering NLP is to be able to shift perceptual positions fluidly and at will. The Onlooker/Observer position is most useful in developing Self-Awareness, Social Awareness (interpersonal/intrapersonal intelligence) which allows you to get a longer and broader as well as higher look at yourself, what you are thinking, feeling, saying to self inside, how you are evaluating and assigning meaning and communicating to self. In order to raise your PsyQ (mental-emotional-psychological) utilizing and working within/with this position is essential.
Going to a meta-position - one where you are associating to emotion and feel and yet maintain the "back of mind" view - is also a higher level to look or "View" at self and other (internally). Slow down, take a look around, notice how you feel and how you are thinking, take the time to think through what your reactions, actions are or might be. You are functioning at a higher level of mind and can distort time to your favor. Remember you are a modeler. You are the master of your own mind. You can make any mind move you are capable of. You can and will get more capable by practicing intentionally by design. Use your mind - learn how you do the various skills. There are so many at your disposal with NLP & Hypnosis & NeuroTechnics(tm).
You already have a model of mind, you are continuously adding to your map of resources. Keep at it. Be innovative, and open to input. Be committed to mastery, utilizing what you know on a daily basis. Live it. Keep learning & adding distinctions to what you know. Put what you know into action and add that knowledge form what you learn into your foundation of knowledge. There is no one way, no best way. There is your way. How you learn and how you live and do with what you know. Keep learning NLP and hypnosis and related materials. Seek out new sources of information and new instructors and models of excellence. It will come together quite nicely for you as you persist. That is my know.
After a while your abilities at identifying your own patterns and habits, what you are best and need to get better at, will come and then you will gain more mastery, be more intentional in the states, strategies and skills that you do decide to link and launch to and apply in specific situations and contexts - like the use of the perceptual positions. You will then develop more flexibility, more conscious competence and extend your comfort in using these skills and technics - begin to integrate them into a system and a model and get more systematic at how you perform and function.
I will be detailing more on mastery over the coming daze and you can and will put NLP, Hypnosis & NeuroTechnics(tm) to work for you at home, play and work and Do so with more precision and proficiency.

Good VIBES & Identity-Coaching(tm)
Identity-Coaching™ for Good VIBES
How you behave or perform is directly impacted by “who you are” in the moment or situation. The identity-role that you play out is influenced by what you value, your intentions and beliefs, expectations and the state you are in when performing and delivering at all times.
Just how conscious are you of these critical elements and components of what makes up what many call our “attitude” or mindset? Think about it.
If you paid more mind to your VIBES - Values-Intentions-Beliefs-Expectations-States - is it possible that you could improve how you perform, how you relate to self and other and make a difference in the quality of your relationships and experiences you have? I say Yes, it is not only possible but probable! Try it.
Notice what you are doing on the inside in mind next time when you face a challenge or difficult situation or you are stepping up to perform. Just become more alert and aware of what values you are assigning at the time and how you can become more intentional with your beliefs and build an even more positive expectancy thereby enhancing your state and peaking your performance. Good VIBES! That is what I/m talking about. Really - it is a part of how you are relating to your self - isn't it.

What is your View of You?
How do you see your Self?
What is your “view of you”? How does how you “see” yourself or how you SEE YOUR SELF impact and influence how you respond or react or perform? The view you take of you has an affect on how you relate even to yourself inside and that then impacts your performance or behavior. Think about it.
What kind of influence do your thoughts, feelings/emotions, evaluations, etc. have upon your “self-image” or “self-concept”? And, how does this self-image affect your performance, the way you function or relate in situations? Could it be that these factors “significantly affect” your performance? Self-image is like self-esteem, meaning that everything filters through it - kind of like you put your “signature” on it?
The point that I’m making is that the “view” or image you have of yourself (who you are - identity and/or how you identify self) is a critical element - filter of your perception and conception - that we need to be aware of and factor into the performance equation more intentionally. How you do “see” yourself is important in regard to how you will act, react or perform. If you don’t see yourself as XYZ (actor/musician, author, great communicator, dedicated husband/parent, etc.) will you be able to do your best or perform comfortably or enjoyably? If it is not in your “sight” convincingly or you can’t envision yourself as XYZ how can you create, modify or adjust, hone that identity-role and how you behave in and through it?
Something else to consider - if we don’t focus on how we see ourselves maybe we can perform more proficiently because we aren’t distracted (giving energy to view) by how we view self and can go onto do more, better in that role/identity. That obviously comes with practice and stepping into and shedding various identities that we own and utilize. Hmm… Think about that.
Could we say that in the beginning stages (of mastering a behavior/skill/performance) one may require more “identification” (positive) of self as XYZ or relate the role/identity and validate that we are this or that so that we can facilitate the performance in that role (becoming convinced and finding evidence that we are XYZ). And as we go along developing skills and abilities and comfort within the role/identity, become more convinced (more “at home” and at ease and elegance) that that is “who we are”, we may see and/or view ourselves less as XYZ and perform more at ease and feel more “natural” in the role. Hmmm… like when someone says “Funny, I don’t see myself as that.” What do you think?
How do you see yourself and what is your view of you and your capabilities? Are you really SEEing You with your fullest potentialities knowing that this is just one way of looking at who you are and that you are much more capable than how you see your self at the present time or point?
Then again, You’re not always what you think you are AND things aren't always as they seem to be. :>) Are they?!

Communicating Who You Are
Communication comes from who you are and how you relate. That’s right!
What is the identity-role you are coming from and what are you trying to relate to those with whom you are communicating?
What is your outcome? Why are you making contact with this person or group/etc.? Get real specific as to what it is that you want to achieve! Stay focused on that.
If you know who you are and what you want (in rich detail) it will be much clearer to the other person you are making contact with to “get” what you are attempting to communicate and relate. And, you will be more likely to get the response-reaction you desire if you know what it is (VAK/IR/SBMDS/Lang./VIBES/M-P/States/etc.) - the representations and relations you are desirous of eliciting, inSpiring and installing. That’s just too simple.
Well it appears that it is not so simple and it may need to be a bit complex from what the experts say. The more detail and distinctions you do make the more you are likely to get what you want. When you are providing rich detail and can give the other person more information they will more likely than not understand and respond or react to you more positively. I still say "Keep It Simple Spiral" - spin the inFormation with the right attitude, "Go First" in a great state and make contact and communicate.
Think about what you desire and how to get it across. Rehearse or practice (PREEMPTIVE PRAXIS) a few times until you really get what you are saying and can impart it with more skill and precision with intention by Design. After a few runs and real life situations applying what it is you have designed, you are ready to "Go For It!"
Then there’s the next level… tailoring how you communicate to your customer’s “thinking preferences” (Meta-Programs) and preferred sensory channels, and through VIBES that will be pleasurable and attractive for them. For more info about this visit http://www.ivibes.com.

Brain Branding & Identity-Branding(tm)
Brain Branding!?
At first it might not seem like such a good concept. Huh?
Well - it is exactly what marketers (sales, advertisers, etc.) have in mind for your brain. Believe it.
They'd like to make their brand "stick" and get your brain to think about them when you have a need that they can fulfill.
Dont you agree?
Branding doesn't just occur externally - it is the hope that we will (as customers) internalize the brand - identify with it - make an identification with the brand so strong that when presented with a cue or prompt we immediately think of their product.
You know the drill - it goes kinda like this...
"Coke is... ___ ____ _____." Let your brain fill in the blank.
(the real thing)
"Activon... _____ ________ __ ____ ____."
(apply directly to your head) This one may not be so easy to recognize for those of you who are internatlonal to recognize the Activon one - they are more regional tied to the US)
With neuroscience catching up to speed and being willing to now say what we in NLP and Hypnosis have known for 40 -50 years - we are finally realizing how we make associations and the brain builds networks.
That's right - neuroarchtectonics - fancy word for the brain's activity of building structures - neural networking - as a result of repetitive behavior - includes internal and external or both.
What you see - hear- feel both on the inside and the outside - meaning what you do in response or reaction to the external visual/auditory/kinesthetic (and don't forget olfactory and gustatory of course) - leads to the brain getting it and going to town making the effort to "integrate" the learning and create a structure to re-cognize the value it has assigned (you have some say in this - right?) and benefitting (although it may not be so apparent what the benefit is right away).
What we know now is growing and so is our brain. That's is why I created the model of NEUROCISE(tm) - conditioning the brain to train in certain responses - build those structures - for mastery, excellence, in the various roles in our lives.
This is done in coaching, training, modeling, consulting and even "parenting" (of course i use this with my kids and my wife). Grin
Identity-Branding(tm) - a course on how to communicate and relate in ways that elicit the response-reactions in pre-determined ways - through the iVIBES(tm) Modeling and the use of key NLP technics and patterns we are already doing this. Are we not? You bet.
When you have a deep influence on others we are definitely "brain branding".
Identity-Branding is focusing on "who you are" - "what you stand for" - the values, intentions, benefits and emotional experience you can provide a customer or client - pretty simple. In your messages - marketing, sales, public relations, service, etc. it is imperative that you take the time to "think through" and write them, draw them, develop them with the response-reaction you desire in mind and the action/end result - behavior clearly defined that you want the customers to do - so that business gets better and better and better.
Makes sense... don't it.

Intention-Belief-Expectation - Intention Subconscious?
Someone on another group asked a question that was confusing at first but led to this response. So here is what I wrote about Intention and how what we "say" does or does not align with what we "Do".
There's more to the Story than Intention you say? - Intention - Belief - Expectation. As a hypnotist I know from experience - you can intend - but if you don't believe and expect - well - let's just say - Knowing and doing are two different things.
But not really - to do you must know. The level of threshold some must reach in believing in what they "know" before doing is critically important. Let's call that "confidence" for now. To me Intention is not as much subconscious as one might think - depending upon what needs or values we are driven towards or talking about - my opinion is that we do choose to intend or what our intentions are.
Values IMO influence & drive intention & intention with belief set expectation. This is what I refer to as the VIBE - Values - Intention - Belief - Expectation. The VIBES (S stands for State) drive Behavior. You may ask "What drives the VIBES?" - Identity - Who you are and this leads to what you "stand for" and eventually to the "story" that you and others tell of you or your business, etc.
Intention is a critical & integral part of these processes which are largely "outside conscious awareness" but not necessarily "subconscious" IMO. It is a part of the loop between Values & Identity & Belief & Expectation. Making decisions is generally a conscious effort on my part most of the time with the aid of the "unconscious" of course. Sometimes in dreams I decide things that I wouldn't have even thought of. That for sure is unconscious at work.
Response-Reaction is an end-result of the cumulative effect of the "Mix" of these elemental processes and other factors or forces (internal or external) that may be influencing us, affecting or "swaying" us. Even at the Soma-Semantic levels of experience. :) We may or may not own the response-ability of what actually happens (or what we experience) as it may have been somewhat "out of our control". For that matter we may not even be aware of some of them. Obviously we don't control all the variables that "come into play" in a situation or event.
Once again - remember - "Saying & Doing" may very well be two different things. But not usually. :0) OK - I've decided - "knowing & doing" don't have to be two different things. We do with what we know and we definitely "own" that. ;)
A little heady response-reaction here that I accept response-ability for.

There's more to the Story than Intention you say? - Intention - Belief - Expectation. As a hypnotist I know from experience - you can intend - but if you don't believe and expect - well - let's just say - Knowing and doing are two different things.
But not really - to do you must know. The level of threshold some must reach in believing in what they "know" before doing is critically important. Let's call that "confidence" for now. To me Intention is not as much subconscious as one might think - depending upon what needs or values we are driven towards or talking about - my opinion is that we do choose to intend or what our intentions are.
Values IMO influence & drive intention & intention with belief set expectation. This is what I refer to as the VIBE - Values - Intention - Belief - Expectation. The VIBES (S stands for State) drive Behavior. You may ask "What drives the VIBES?" - Identity - Who you are and this leads to what you "stand for" and eventually to the "story" that you and others tell of you or your business, etc.
Intention is a critical & integral part of these processes which are largely "outside conscious awareness" but not necessarily "subconscious" IMO. It is a part of the loop between Values & Identity & Belief & Expectation. Making decisions is generally a conscious effort on my part most of the time with the aid of the "unconscious" of course. Have you met threshold for this choice, meaning, have you reached a choice point & gone beyond, & decided TO ACT NOW?
Have you decided IT IS TIME?
Have you made a commitment to GO FOR IT & DO IT right now?
Are you ready, willing & able to do Whatever It Takes to achieve it (within any reasonable means of course)?
Think about it - because you can...
"Guarantee your own performance" & utilize tried & proven performance improvement processes to "bridge the gap" between here & then now & achieve your dreams!
